Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website or call Tavares 24/7 Plumbing. By using either, you agree to them. Last updated October 15, 2026.
Information on this website
The pages on this site are general information about plumbing. They are not a diagnosis of your specific problem, and they do not replace an in-person assessment by a licensed plumber.
We work to keep the content accurate, but we make no promise that every detail applies to your home, your utility or your local rules.
Emergencies
If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 or your gas utility before you call us.
This website and our line are not a substitute for emergency services.
Service and pricing
A plumber looks at the problem and explains the price before work starts. Work begins only after you agree to that price, and any change in scope is explained and agreed before it proceeds.
Prices can vary by time of day, parts, access and the condition of existing plumbing. Descriptions on this site are general and are not quotes.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call, you consent to recording unless you tell the dispatcher otherwise at the start.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tavares 24/7 Plumbing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that arise from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Florida or federal consumer law.
Water damage, mold and insurance coverage are separate matters from the plumbing repair, and you should discuss them with your insurer.
Links and third parties
This site embeds maps from Google and may refer you to government sites such as MyFloridaLicense.com. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
